Gifts are currently dispatching within 1-2 working days. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Deliveries within Ireland are taking an estimated 1-2 days from dispatch for delivery currently.
As our boxes are gifts for mums-to-be and new parents we want to ensure Baba Boxes arrive safely and as quickly as possible. For that reason, all of our boxes are sent with track and trace.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, American Express, MasterCard. We also accept Paypal.
Gift Box prices include all taxes but exclude delivery costs (see below for further details). VAT is included in our prices.
Do you offer discount codes or coupon codes?
In general we don't offer discounts or coupon codes and we never work with any discount code websites. We usually run one discount each year for our business birthday in August. Outside of that time we don't run discounts. If you see our brand offering a discount on a discount code or deals website, this is fake.
Do you deliver internationally?
We currently deliver to Republic of Ireland, across Europe and to other worldwide destinations on request (see shipping
page for more details). Shipping to mainland UK is now back available for orders up to €150. Shipping to Northern Ireland available as normal at checkout.
If there is somewhere further afield you'd like a Baba Box sent, but it isn't listed just get in touch and we can sort that for you.
How much is delivery?
We charge €4.95 for each delivery in Republic of Ireland (see shipping page for details on international postage)
. We offer FREE delivery in Republic of Ireland on orders over €100. As our boxes are often new mum and baby gifts, we want to ensure Baba Boxes arrive safely and as quickly as possible. For that reason, all of our boxes are sent with track and trace. Boxes will require a signature on delivery.
How soon are gift boxes dispatched?
Gifts are currently taking 1-2 working days to dispatch.
How do I track my order?
In the dispatch notification email there will be a link to your order details. On this page will be a tracking code which can be used on the delivery partners website. We partner with several courier companies including An Post's Express Service & DPD. We recommend that you check the tracking to see that your order has been delivered.
My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?
If you have checked the tracking and your order is delayed in transit or the tracking is not showing the gift as delivered please get in touch asap and we will look into it straight away for you. Due to COVID-19 there have been delays across the postal system so please do allow extra time for your gift to arrive before contacting us.
I’ve entered the wrong shipping address, what do I do?
If your order hasn't dispatched yet please email email@example.com as soon as possible with your Order number and the correct address. If your order is dispatched to the wrong address it should be rejected at the incorrect address and returned to us. If the gift is being returned to us we can dispatch a replacement for you (you will just need to pay for the shipping costs).
If the wrong address is used on an international order we recommend that you contact the local courier in the destination country to try and update. If an address update is not possible the gift should be returned to us. Once it arrives back we can either provide a refund of the gift costs minus postage or you can elect to pay the shipping cost to re-send.
Customs Charges: any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no say over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you require any additional information regarding this, we advise that you contact the local customs office who should be able to provide further information.
Can I add a gift note?
Yes indeed, there is space on the cart page to add a gift note. Missed it? No problem, just drop us a line at hello[at]bababox.ie with your order number and we will be sure to include it with your gift.
Do you have any baby gifts suitable for twins?
Yes! We can make up any combination you'd like for twins. If you are looking for a gift box for twins or triplets, please send us an email at hello[at]bababox.ie and we will send through our available options.
Do you offer bespoke gift boxes?
We do indeed, let us know your requirements and we will create your very own bespoke Baba Box gift. Email us at hello[at]bababox.ie and we will create your perfect baby gift or new mum gift box.
Note: we don't generally include invoices or receipts within our gift boxes. With the exception of where there is no gift note or no sender details on the gift note, in this case we include a slip with sender details so that the recipient knows who the gift is from. There are no price details included on the slip. International parcels will require a declaration of gift box price/contents for customs clearance purposes.
Refunds & Exchanges
What is your refund policy?
We are happy to offer a full refund within 28 days if you are not completely satisfied. All items must be returned in their original, unused condition at your own cost (unless the item arrived damaged). Please contact hello[at]bababox.ie to arrange a return.
We do not accept liability for returned gift boxes which get damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility adequately protect the gift box contents to prevent damage.
Once you have contacted us to let us know that you wish to obtain a refund, and we have received the gift box back in saleable condition, we will refund you as soon as possible and within 30 days of your refund request.
What is your return policy?
If any of your products are defective or have been damaged in shipping, please let us know by emailing hello[at]bababox.ie and we will provide a replacement for you.
