Do you deliver internationally?
We currently deliver to Republic of Ireland, United Kingdom, across Europe and to other worldwide destinations on request (see shipping
page for more details). If there is somewhere further afield you'd like a Baba Box sent, but it isn't listed just get in touch and we can sort that for you.
How much is delivery?
We charge €4.95 for each delivery in Republic of Ireland and €7.95 for each delivery in the United Kingdom (see shipping page for more details)
. As our boxes are often new mum and baby gifts, we want to ensure Baba Boxes arrive safely and as quickly as possible. For that reason, all of our boxes are sent with track and trace. Boxes will require a signature on delivery.
When will the first subscription box arrive?
Boxes are shipped on the last week of every month. If you sign up any time before the 23rd of the month, the new mama will receive that month's Baba Box. If your order is placed between 24th and the last day of the month, the first box will be delivered in the last week of the following month.
How soon are non-subscription gift boxes dispatched?
We aim to dispatch our non-subscription gift boxes within 1-2 working days but usually it is the next working day.
Customs Charges: any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no say over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you require any additional information regarding this, we advise that you contact your local customs office who should be able to provide further information.
Note: we never include invoices or receipts within our gift boxes
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do indeed, all of our boxes come with the contents gift wrapped as standard.
Can I buy a subscription as a gift?
Yes! Just click for our mum and baby subscription boxes
and select the subscription that is right for you. All you will need is the new mama's address and the baba's birth month. We will take care of the rest.
3 month and 6 month subscriptions, what's the deal?
So, if you buy a 3 month or 6 month subscription you are charged once at the time of purchase, that's it, no additional charges. The recipient will then receive either a Baba Box per month for 3 months or a Baba Box per month for 6 months.
How does sizing work for subscription boxes?
When you are buying a subscription we ask for baby's birth month so that we can determine appropriate sizing. Generally, we size up a month or so early, so for example if a baby is 2 months old we will send a size 3-6 months to ensure baby gets the most wear out of the clothing. If you'd like to go a size up or a size down (depending on the size of the baby), just add a note in the gift note box at cart (don't worry we won't confuse it with the gift note!)
Can I buy a gift subscription now and start it later?
We get lots of requests from those buying a subscription as a baby shower gift for the subscription to start the following month after the baby is born. If you would like to delay a subscription starting just send us an email at email@example.com
with your order number and the month you would like it to start in.
Can I add a gift note?
Yes indeed, there is space on the cart page to add a gift note. Missed it? No problem, just drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org
with your order number and we will be sure to include it with your gift.

We do indeed, let us know your requirements and we will create your very own bespoke Baba Box gift. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will create your perfect baby gift or new mum gift box.
Billing, Refunds & Exchanges
When will my account be charged?
Gifts of 3 month and 6 month subscriptions are prepay and are only charged once at time of purchase. Rolling monthly subscriptions automatically renew and are re-billed every 30 days for a monthly subscription. You are free to cancel at any time by logging in to your account and cancelling your subscription.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your Baba Box rolling monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation of your subscription will prevent any future automatic billing. Simply login to your account and cancel your subscription. Unfortunately, we can not offer any refunds once you’ve purchased and/or renewed your subscription. Please see Terms and Conditions for further information.
What is your return policy?
We don’t accept returns or exchanges. However, if any of your products are defective or have been damaged in shipping, please let us know by emailing email@example.com Product replacements will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
