We will arrange for a refund of the specific product or a replacement product to be sent (if available in stock).
We are happy to offer a full refund within 28 days if you are not completely satisfied. All items must be returned in their original, unused condition at your own cost (unless the item arrived damaged). Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return.
We do not accept liability for returned gift boxes which get damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility adequately protect the gift box contents to prevent damage.
Once you have contacted us to let us know that you wish to return the gift box and we have received the unused gift box back in saleable condition, we will refund you as soon as we receive it and within 30 days of your cancellation.
